Honk & Hustle offers optional, non-consumable in-app purchases that unlock cosmetic delivery vehicles for use within the game. Payments are processed by Google Play Billing; Altered Horizon Ventures Inc never sees or stores your payment card details. We receive only a purchase token used to verify entitlement and unlock the vehicle on your device.
You may restore previously-made purchases from the in-game Garage's "Restore" button on any device signed in to the same Google account. Refund and cancellation policies are governed by Google Play; please refer to Google's refund policy for details.
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the game we may collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the game when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. Honk & Hustle does not currently use a crash-reporting provider, but if we add one in the future we will update this policy.

Honk & Hustle is suitable for general audiences. The advertisements served within Honk & Hustle are configured for family-safe, child-directed treatment via the Google AdMob settings described above. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
Because Honk & Hustle does not require an account and does not transmit your gameplay data to our servers, you can delete all of your Honk & Hustle data at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing the app's data from Android Settings > Apps > Honk & Hustle > Storage > Clear data. Doing so permanently deletes your route progress, high score, owned vehicles cache, and preferences. In-app purchases can be restored from the in-game Garage via your Google account.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
